For most people, buying their own home is the biggest purchase they will make in their lifetime. I worked with an executive sponsor and various subject matter experts to create a campaign webpage designed to support property owners through their build and renovation journey, especially when things don’t go to plan.

I researched the end-to-end build journey, disputes pathways, and consumer protections, translating complex technical and legal information into clear, human-centred content. Working through multiple rounds of expert review, I collaborated with a web designer to deliver an intuitive online user experience.

Following the delivery of the campaign webpage, I implemented a tactical communications plan that leveraged multiple channels and events. I later undertook an extensive audit of existing online and print content, coordinating subject matter expert reviews, to identify opportunities to improve consistency, accuracy and usefulness of existing content and messaging for property owners.
